Watching tournaments online is a fun and easy way to keep up with your favorite competitive teams and players—and chat is an essential part of that experience. In addition to Twitch’s Community Guidelines, we have a few guidelines to make sure everybody enjoys the broadcast.
- Don’t use profanity—express yourself using language that is acceptable in most social circles.
- Don’t use emotes in an offensive (i.e. racist, homophobic, sexist, etc.) manner.
- Criticism is ok! Criticism that is based on gender, race, appearance, gender, etc is not.
