Common Problems
- Getting error message "Transfer Aborted: Instance not found" when using portals.

This error is often temporary and will clear itself up within a few minutes. If waiting does not fix the issue, try the following troubleshooting steps:
- This message can result from corrupted user interface or AddOn files. To resolve:
- Temporarily disable AddOns from the in-game menu and restart the game
- If the issue persists, reset the World of Warcraft user interface
- Connectivity issues can prevent access to game instances. Try the steps on this page to resolve these issues.
