Hardcore character died because the game client crashedPlaying in hardcore mode in Diablo III can be considered the pinnacle of Diablo III play. When a Hardcore character is killed, that character is dead permanently without the possibility of resurrection. This is stated in the game upon creation of the character and when the character dies.
Customer Support cannot revive dead hardcore heroes for any reason, and Hardcore Heroes cannot be rolled back.
