Common Problems
Accidentally disenchanted a Hearthstone cardCustomer Support cannot refund or restore cards in Hearthstone, as the game is designed to prevent mistakes of this type.
Card Restoration
If you mistakenly disenchant a card, click Undo on the disenchanting interface to restore the most recently disenchanted card. This option becomes unavailable when you exit the disenchant interface.
You cannot undo more than the most recent disenchantment. Customer Support cannot assist if you can’t recover a card.
Card Crafting
If you craft a card and change your mind, click Undo on the crafting interface to disenchant the most recently crafted card for its full dust value. This option becomes unavailable when you exit the crafting interface.
You cannot undo more than the most recently crafted card. Customer Support cannot assist if you can’t refund a card for dust.
