Common Problems
- Can't send a gift to a friend using Battle.net Gifts.
- I keep getting error "Your friend isn't eligible to receive this".
You may receive an error when you attempt to send a gift to a BattleTag or Real ID friend using Blizzard Gifts. These errors usually mean that the selected friend is ineligible to receive the gift, or they already own the gift.
If you can't send a gift, we suggest asking your friend if they already own the item, or a part of the item. If they don't, and you still can't send a gift, keep in mind that gifting may be restricted for some products, payment methods, currencies, or regions.
