Can't Post on Forums

Common Problems
- I can't post on the forums
- I have game time but I'm not able to post
- The page is looping back after attempting to log in
If you have problems posting on the forums:
- Log out and back in again
- Check if your browser is out of date
- Clear the cache and cookies in your browser
- Try a different browser
If the above doesn't help, ensure that:
- You are logged in with the correct Battle.net account name and password
- You own the game and your account is not banned, suspended, or silenced
- Your Parental Controls settings do not block forum posting
- You have a BattleTag and Avatar set
- Avatar is set using the drop down menu in the top right of every forum page
- After setting a BattleTag it can take up to 72 hours before you can post
In addition, some of our forums have game/forum specific limitations. Please select the relevant forum below to review.
- To post on the Diablo II (2000) forum you must have Diablo II (2000) claimed on your Battle.net account
- To post on the Diablo II: Resurrected forum you must own Diablo II: Resurrected
- If you play on console you must link your Xbox Live®, Nintendo Switch®, or Playstation Network® account to your Battle.net account
- If you play on console you must link your Xbox Live®, Nintendo Switch®, or Playstation Network® account to your Battle.net account
- Diablo III console players can post on the Console Discussion and Console Bug Report forums
You must have won at least 3 games
You must be at least level 5
If you play on console you must link your Xbox Live®, Nintendo Switch®, or Playstation Network® account to your Battle.net account
You must have unlocked multiplayer by earning 10 wins of the day in Unranked or Versus A.I.
- You can only post on the forum of the region you play WoW in
- Your WoW account must have an active subscription/game time
- If you recently added a subscription/game time and can't post, try logging out of the forums and back in once or twice to update your forum status
- You may not be able to post if your payment is pending. This usually lasts no more than 24 hours
- You can post as any character on your account level 10 or over
- Class trial characters cannot be used
- If you cannot see the character you would like to post as, log out of the forums, log in to the character in World of Warcraft, then log back in to the forums
