Common Problems
- I can't speak in a group in the Battle.net app.
- Received an email saying I was silenced.
We silence your account if you are reported multiple times for Spam or Abusive Chat.
The following list describes what you can't do while affected by this silence. For more information, visit our Account Silenced article.

Note: If you are silenced in Battle.net Groups, any text you type into the in-game Hearthstone chat window will not appear. This is intended while the silence is active.
