Common Problems
Connecting to Overwatch on console results in a error BC-158If you receive the Error BC-158 upon login there is a chance this is being caused by account restrictions. These errors can also occur if there is currently maintenance in place for both the Europe or Americas regions. For troubleshooting steps please see below:
- Check for Overwatch maintenance
- Check for Account Restrictions
- Log in as the Parent account
- Select the Sub account and go to parental controls
- Enable Chat/Message through settings dropdown
