Common Problems
- Getting stuck on loading screen and either the game crashes or aborts
- Loading screen freezes, WoW shows as not responding in task manager, and I can't even end the process, I have to shut down the computer
Before trying any of the following steps please check the BlizzardCS Twitter and Realm Status page for any service interruptions.

Reset your user interface to make sure your files and addons are not corrupted.

Close all other applications to resolve software conflicts and free up resources.
- Troubleshoot your connection to resolve any network issues.

Run the repair tool to repair any damaged game files.
