Common Problems
- Accidentally used a Warlord's Trophy on the wrong item.
- Upgraded an item with Flightstones and Crests by mistake, can you refund it?
If you upgraded the wrong item, there is no option to undo it. However, wrongly upgraded item may still contribute towards your character and account progression to receive benefits, like upgrade discounts.
Customer Support will not help with accidental item upgrades.
