We killed Moira and some members of my group were able to roll for loot on her, but I couldn't.Only those who've completed Princess Moira Bronzebeard's quest chain will be eligible for loot. If you have already killed Moira, you will need to complete the quest chain and try again. Loot trading is not possible in WoW Classic, with the exception of raid items. Customer Support will not be transferring loots between players. For more information, please visit our forums.
