Error Code: BLZBNTBGS0000003C

There is currently an issue where players who are logging in to the Battle.net Desktop App in a different region than their Battle.net account was created in (for instance, logging in to the Europe region of the app when their account was originally created in the Americas region) are experiencing frequent disconnects and receiving this error.

We are aware of the issue and are working on a resolution. In the meantime, to avoid the error, log out of the app completely, choose the region for the country you originally picked when you created your account, and log back in.

GENERAL INFORMATION

The Battle.net desktop app logged you out because your account was logged in elsewhere. This can happen if you share a Battle.net account with family members, or if you use multiple computers to log in from different locations.

Note: You will not be removed from games that are already running unless the new player tries playing the same game you're playing. Patching will also continue in the background despite this message.
