Your friend isn't eligible to receive this

You may receive an error when you attempt to send a gift to a BattleTag or Real ID friend using Blizzard Gifts. These errors usually mean that the selected friend is ineligible to receive the gift, or they already own the gift.

Before you can send a gift to a friend, you must have been friends with them on Battle.net for 3 days. So if you can't send a gift, we suggest first making sure you've been friends long enough, and if so, checking if they already own the item, or part of it.

If they don't, and you still can't send a gift, keep in mind that gifting may be restricted for some products, payment methods, currencies, or regions.
