Common Problems

  • My characters are missing.
  • My Diablo IV heroes are missing.
  • My Diablo IV toons are gone.

If you are missing a character in Diablo 4, please ensure you are logged into the correct account. Once verified, exit Diablo IV, log out of the Battle.net app, and log back in. Check if the character you are looking for is Seasonal or Eternal, as Eternal characters cannot be played in the current season.

If you are still unable to locate your character, contact Customer Service.

Note: Characters from Alpha or Beta testing did not carry over into the release version of the game.
