Missing Arclight Surge in Warcraft Rumble

Common Problems
- Only one Arclight Surge appeared.
- I only had one region with an Arclight Surge instead of two.
Since Patch 3.0.0, Arclight Surge surge 1 zone 4 times per week (Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday), instead of 2 zones 2 times per week.
