Common Problems
- I can't find the next quest for the expansion's campaign
- I'm not sure where to go next in the leveling campaign for The War Within
- I'm at level 80 and I'm not sure which quest to pick up next
The initial quest of the campaign, "The War Within"(Alliance)/(Horde), should appear automatically when you log in with a character that meets the criteria to start that quest on an account with the expansion.
If you don't receive the quest, you can try manually starting the follow-up quest A Poor Reception in Silithus.
If you have started the campaign, but abandoned the quests in Dalaran, you can get back to the correct version of the city by taking the portal to Aszuna in your faction's capital city, and flying to Dalaran from there.
If you have lost your place during one of the quest chains, we suggest using a resource like Wowhead to find out where you may have left off. Note that some quests occur in areas outside of the expansion zones, and you may need to take specific portals to reach the correct versions of those areas (for example, if you have quests pending in Arathi Highlands, you'll find a portal to that zone in Dornogal).
