Items Missing After 11.2 Bank Conversion

With Patch 11.2, your character's regular bank, reagent bank, and Void Storage (if used) are being combined into a new, larger bank.

If any of the items listed below are in Void Storage when this conversion takes place, they will be removed from the game and Customer Support will not restore them. Be advised that all of these items had their functions removed in previous updates. Your characters do not need any of them.

• Skeleton Key
• Pattern: Runecloth Robe
• Torn Scroll
• Key to the Arcatraz
• Wispbreath Poultice
• Jewel of the Firelord
• Crown of Eternal Winter
• Hood of Hungering Darkness

If you feel you are missing any items not on this list, wait 24 hours to ensure that character's banks have been fully converted, and then check again.
