- I paid for a name change but I didn't receive it
- My character is locked after I tried to change its name
- I purchased a name change and it has not gone through yet
Character services should be delivered within 24 hours of placing a successful order. It is recommended to remain offline on a character that has a character service pending until it is delivered.
If it has been at least 24 hours since ordering a name change and it is not possible to rename your character yet, please contact us.
