I hit Return to Sender by mistake on my mail instead of taking the itemsIf you hit return to sender for mail from another player, reach out to them to ask them to send the item again. If you believe the player is going to be offline for over 30 days or has not yet looted the mail, contact us for investigation. We will be able to assist only if the player has not looted the mail yet.
