- We should have received two mounts after today's hotfix, however after we killed Jaina we received no mount at all
A previous change to increase the mount reward from one to two mounts was reverted as it prevented any mounts from dropping. With regional restarts on February 19, 2020 for Europe and February 25. 2020 for Americas, two mounts will once again drop from Jaina on Mythic difficulty.
Customer Support does not grant additional mounts.
