Can't Use BattleTag Service to Change Capitalization

The BattleTag Name Change Service will not recognize changes in character case (changing from upper to lower case, or the reverse) as changes in the BattleTag. If you purchased a BattleTag Name Change Service and need assistance in changing the capitalization in your BattleTag, contact us.
Please note that any change made to a BattleTag will also randomize the numeric ID.
